Beef and Macaroni

Notes:
Can be gluten-free or not. May wanna add hot sauce or cayenne for a kick.
  • 1 pound ground beef.
  • 2 cup water.
  • 1 medium onion, diced.
  • 2 cup elbow macaroni (gluten-free).
  • 1 green pepper, diced.
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (gluten-free).
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional).
  1. In a deep skillet, brown the meat.
  2. Add the diced onion and green pepper; cook until tender.
  3. Stir in water, macaroni and barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. Stir in or top with cheese.
